About
Carly is a trained professional educator with a background in Biology, Psychology, Kinesiology and Nutrition.
After completing her Bachelors of Education in 2004 at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC., Carly spent 2 years teaching and living in Singapore. While living abroad, Carly traveled to numerous countries throughout Asia, participating in several culinary courses.
In 2010 she left Canada again, this time travelling to France for a three month foray into French cuisine and patisserie training.
She is passionate about food and people, loves being active outdoors and most importantly, enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
